Returns & Exchanges

At FIFINE Official, we want you to be fully satisfied with your audio gear. If your product is defective or does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our technical support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to initiate your return request.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging including all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned device, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
